Private Mortgages

 

A Private Mortgage is the ability for a borrower and a lender to enter a contract for a real estate secured loan of funds. A fixed term and fixed interest rate are attached to the contract. Generally the access to funds secured against a property are for business working capital, property purchase or refinance needs.

Caveat Loans

Caveat loans are generally associated with accessing funds for working capital, land banking or property acquisition. They are considered the faster form of independent lending, and generally can be reviewed and settled in a very timely manner, sometimes within hours.

Each Caveat loan and associated application is considered on an individual basis, judged on its own merits. We review the loan purpose and the specific assets used to secure the funds, whilst developing an appropriate exit strategy.
